Formal Tailgate Activities (Large Groups and/or Corporate Sponsored Events)
The University has designated the Hearnes Center Fieldhouse as the primary location for formal tailgate activities and permits are issued to groups serving alcohol in this area. Pursuant to Section 1:080 of the MU Business Policy and Procedure Manual, permits to serve alcohol on University property are issued by the Office of Administrative Services. The Intercollegiate Athletic Department and/or Office of Administrative Services is responsible for ensuring the existence of appropriate University permits for functions occurring in these areas. Where alcohol is sold and/or admission charged for the formal tailgate event, an appropriate liquor license is required. MUPD personnel are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws and for addressing any other safety concerns consistent with normal practices.
Informal Tailgating Activities (Individuals, Families and Small Groups)
Pursuant to Section 110.050 of the Collected Rules and Regulations, the Chancellor has designated the parking areas on campus routinely used for football parking (both donor and general public parking areas) as permissible locations for informal tailgate activities. Formal permits are not required. On home football game days, alcoholic beverages may be served in such areas; provided, however excessive quantities of alcohol will not be permitted in any vehicle or in any of the parking lots. At informal tailgating activities, no direct or indirect sales of alcohol are permitted. MUPD personnel are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws and for addressing any other safety concerns consistent with normal practices.
Alcohol Inside the Stadium
Pursuant to contractual agreements, beer and wine is permitted only in the Private Suites and Tiger Lounge.

Alcoholic Beverages
Kegs, beer balls or bulk quantities of alcohol are not permitted in any vehicle, or in any of the parking lots surrounding Memorial Stadium. University regulations and state statutes on drug and alcohol consumption will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply can lead to confiscation of alcohol and fines.
Animals
No pets of any kind are allowed in the facilities, with the exception of animals used by disabled guests.
ATM
An ATM is located outside the stadium on the West side near Gate 3.
Banners/Signs
Items that can be held by one individual, maximum 2'x3', reflect good sportsmanship, do not contain vulgar, derogatory or suggestive language and do not block the view of other ticketed patrons may be permitted. No signs, flags or banners of any size may not be affixed to the facility or any pole or stick. The Department of Athletics reserves the right to remove these items not meeting those specifications.
Camera Policy
Point-and-Shoot cameras are permitted inside the stadium. Video cameras are prohibited inside the stadium.
Chair Back Rental
For $5 per game, enjoy all of the comfort and convenience of the Tiger Chairback. Tiger Chairbacks are thick cushioned, back supporting seats that are permanently installed at your seating location for the season. To order or report any problems, please see the athletic department representatives at the Guest Services Booths. Or you may call the MU ticket office at 573-884-PAWS or 1-800-CAT-PAWS to place your orders during the week.
Temporary seat cushion rentals are available on the East and West Concourses if you wish to purchase a seat cushion on a game-by-game basis.
Concessions
Are available on the North, East, West, and South Concourses. Stands include a variety of menus and are titled Stadium Diner, Sideline Grill, End Zone Grill, Taste of Missouri, and Tiger Treats. In addition, there are vendors located on the main concourse.
Courtesy Shuttle
Is available from the South field level to the East and West Gates. This service will operate one and a half hours before, during halftime, and one hour after the game. Accessible shuttle service will operate between the Hearnes Center Accessible parking area (East side) and Gate1, one and half hours before, during halftime, and one hour after the game.
Disability Services
Seating: For information on disability seating call the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-CAT-PAWS or visit their office located at the MIZZOU Arena.
Evacuation
In case of evacuation instructions will be given over the public address system. Gate personnel and ushers will assist directing fans to the appropriate location.
Exiting the Stadium
Guests will leave the facilities via the gates in which you entered. No guests are permitted on the field.
First Aid
The emergency first aid station is located on the West Concourse below the John J. Lenox Memorial Press Box, Gate 4W. Paramedics are also located throughout the stadium on foot. Please contact the nearest Guest Services Booth, security officer, or usher for assistance.
Gates
Gates will open 1 1/2 hours prior to game time. Reserved seat ticket holders may enter at any gate although it is desirable that guests enter at a gate near their seat location. Family Fun Pass ticket holders should enter at Gates 6E or 6W. Student ticket holders should enter at Gates 3E, 4E or 5E. Tiger Lounge ticket holders may enter at the John J. Lenox Memorial Press Box, Gate 4W.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.
Lost and Found
Services are maintained at the Guest Services Booths on the East and West Concourses during the game. Following the game, found items will be delivered to University Police. Please call 573-882- 7201 to retrieve your lost item.
Mizzou Experience

Novelties
Tiger Team Store is located on the North Concourse and is open from 9:00AM through the end of the game. Outside access to the store will be changed to inside access at game time. Also, a Nike tent will be set up inside Gate 1 on the North Concourse with the latest MIZZOU Nike merchandise. Additional Missouri apparel, novelty items are available on the East and West Concourses.
Parking
General Public ParkingPrograms
Non-Tiger Scholarship Fund members who wish to park in close proximity of Memorial Stadium have many options from which to choose from. There are five on-campus garages that are FREE of charge; the fee for the Maryland Avenue garage, located at the corner of Maryland Avenue and Hospital Drive, is $15 per vehicle for levels three and above. General public can also find parking in the University Hall Lot (Lot "U"). The cost per vehicle in both of those lots is $15. All locations listed above are for passenger vehicles only; RV's and buses will not be allowed in these parking areas.Bus and RV Parking
Parking for RV and Bus parking (this includes school buses) will be charged a weekend fee. The designated lot for RV and buses is located just southeast of the Hearnes Center. There is a flat fee of $50 for the weekend and the parking lot will be open from 5:00 p.m. through 10:00 p.m. the night before a home football game and will re-open at 8:00 a.m. the day of a home football game. RV and Bus parking is not allowed in any campus parking lots except for those designated by sign for RV/Bus Parking. Certain lots will be reserved on game day. Please refer to the Tiger Scholarship Fund parking map for locations of those reserved areas.Accessible Parking
The University of Missouri Police Department and other law enforcement agencies are initiating an effort to help ensure that accessible parking areas will be used only by those who are eligible to use them. We hope this will create additional parking for fans with disabilities.Missouri State law requires that vehicles displaying a temporary or permanent disabled placard or plate seeking to park in a disabled parking space may park in the space only when the person to whom the placard or plate was issued is in the vehicle at the time of the parking. In addition, Missouri State law requires that a validated receipt for the application for the disabled person placard must be in the vehicle when the placard or plate is in use.
Beginning with the 2008-09 home football games, parking in this lot will only be available for vehicles that meet all three of these requirements:
- A disabled placard or plate
- The person to whom the placard or plate was issued is in the vehicle
- The person seeking to park shows the officer a validated application receipt for the placard or plate
Game Day programs are available at the North, East, and West Concourses. The cost is $5.00.
Public Telephones
Public Pay telephones are located on the East and West Concourses. TTY's are available at both locations.

No outside food or drinks are allowed except for medical purposes. Approval for medical exceptions must be obtained at the Memorial Stadium First Aid Station located on the West Side near Gate 3W.

Radio
Network broadcasts for all Tiger football games will begin 60 minutes prior to kickoff with the "Voice of the Tigers," Mike Kelly and pre-game host Gary Link and "Mr. MIZZOU," John Kadlec. The game can be heard inside Memorial Stadium on KFRU-AM 1400 or KBXR-FM 102.3.
Re-entry
Pass-outs or stamps are available from all gate attendants during pre-game and halftime. During the game, fans can go to Gate 1 on the North side of the stadium for pass-out stamps. On the East side, fans will need to go to Gates 2E and 6E for pass-out stamps and fans on the West side will need to go to Gates 2W and 6W to receive pass-out stamps. Both a valid ticket stub and pass-out stamp are required for re-admission.
Restrooms
Temporary Restrooms are provided in designated parking areas. Stadium restrooms that open to both the concourse and parking areas will be switched from outside access to inside access one hour prior to game time. Baby changing stations are available in most restrooms except inside gate 6E and 6W.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in Memorial Stadium. For everyone's comfort, you must leave the stadium through the specified pass-out gates. You must obtain a hand stamp and have a valid ticket stub for re-entry.
Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted at Memorial Stadium and in the adjacent lots. Please review the Tailgating Rules listed below:
- The vehicle and the associated tailgating activities may only occupy one (1) parking space. For safety purposes, traffic aisles can not be blocked at any time.
- For safety purposes, charcoal should be discarded in specially marked barrels located throughout the parking lots.
- Kegs, beer balls or bulk quantities of alcohol are not permitted in any vehicle, or in any of the parking lots surrounding Memorial Stadium. University regulations and state statutes on drug and alcohol consumption will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply can lead to confiscation of alcohol and fines.
Throwing items will not be tolerated. The offender will be removed from the stadium and is subject to arrest. A police officer does not have to see the activity to have the individual removed from Memorial Stadium.
Tickets
Gates to Memorial Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. All persons attending must have a ticket (as a courtesy, children age two and under are admitted at no charge, provided they do not take up a seat). Reserved ticket
locations are identified by a single letter (West Side), double letter (East Side), or section number (South End zone). All tickets except Family Fun Pass and hill tickets are for reserved seating. The Family Fun Pass seating area is in
sections 13-18. The Family Fun Pass child ticket must be used for children ages 3-18, and adult ticket(s) by anyone 18 years or older. General Admission ticket seating is on the grass hill overlooking the North End Zone.
